Policies
These policies have been established to allow EstheticsxKasi to operate seamlessly. Please note that these policies hold everyone to the same standard and allow everyone the relaxing time of self care that they deserve.
Late Policy
10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time your appointment is no longer guaranteed.
If time allows for appointment, $15 late fee will be added to service cost.
No - Show Policy
No-show will result in 75% of the service fee due.
After 2 no-show, you will no longer be able to book an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Any changes to appointment (cancellations, rescheduling, change of services, etc.) must be made 24 hours prior to appointment time.
Cancellations + rescheduled appointments less than 24 hours prior to appointment will result in 75% of service fee charged before next appointment can be booked.
*does not apply to emergency circumstances
Retainer Fee
Appointments that have a service total of $150 or more require a non-refundable retainer fee of $50 that will be applied to the service total the day of appointment.
Accommodation Fee
Appointments outside of business hours/days are available at the providers discretion. An accommodation fee of $25 will be added to the service total for these appointments. This will be given as an option when booking and clients will be notified of the accommodation fee before booking the appointment.
Invoice Payment Policy
Out of curtesy for clients, product orders that are drop shipped are paid by invoice. Invoice is due the date products are delivered. If invoice is not paid by due date, a $50 late fee will be added, along with $10 per day after invoice due date.
Children
For the safety of your child, we kindly ask that children under the age of 17 are either left at home or accompanied by another adult while you receive your service. This is for the safety and enjoyment of you, your child, and our other clients. If a child (17 or under) is receiving a service, they must be accompanied by an adult.
Phones
To achieve ultimate relaxation for you and other clients, please silence all cell phones and other devices while in the treatment room. Headphones may be worn while waiting or getting a service.
Refunds
If you are unhappy with your service, please let your esthetician know within three days of your service to come up with a plan that will best correct the issue. You will not hurt any feelings, as your estheticians goal is to make sure you are happy with your services. Refunds will only be given within 72 hours of the service.
Right to Refuse Service
EstheticsxKasi reserves the right to refuse service to anyone that does not abide by the policies listed above or for those who are not a good fit for EstheticsxKasi for any reason.
